Weber State seems to be more personal with a better connection to your professors because of smaller class sizes but it seems too unknown; whereas Utah State is larger and not as personal, but is obviously better known just because it's clearly a state school. I'm not sure what I want to study so I'm going undecided so thinking about which offers the best in the degree I am pursuing doesn't really work.
Weber State University is cheaper and it has some really good programs. The campus is not as big as Utah State the class sizes are not as big as Utah State so you most likely get more help from the professors. I currently attend Weber State and enjoy it that is why i know about it. I know some people who go to Utah State also.
Take a tour to both campus. Observe what you like and don't like about the college…how far is the school to your parents house…etc. Then after that decide which college you want to go to.
